Anticipation of an event is always more extreme than the event itself—both for positive and negative events. Just do it. Train yourself to respond immediately when you feel you should do something. Stop questioning yourself. Just act. Until you take action, it will all be hypothetical. But once you act, it becomes practical. Most of the research and jargon in academia and business is over-complicated. Very few people will give you the truth. When you ask them a question, it gets mighty complicated.

Where is the knowledge we have lost in information?

Jealousy and envy are the ego—which operates out of fear. You are in control of you. And you are different from every other person. There is no one who can do exactly what you can do. You have your own superpower with your own unique ability to contribute. Fear of failure paralyzes them. The only way you can become unstoppable is if you stop thinking about it.

Just take the shot. Just go and make whatever adjustments you need after the fact. When you start doing noteworthy stuff, there are benefits that can become distractions. Keep practicing. Perfect your craft.

Never forget what got you here. In truth, you could surpass anyone if you radically stretch your thinking and belief system. Going 10X changes everything. Working smarter. The question is: Are you willing to go there? Not just entertain the thought for a second or two and then revert back to common thinking. Are you willing to sit with 10X thinking? Are you willing to question your own thought processes and open yourself to believing an entirely different set of possibilities? Could you convince yourself to believe in your 10X potential?

Are you willing to undertake goals that seems lunacy, to you and everyone else? You need to develop a complete disregard for where your abilities end.

Make your vision of where you want to be a reality. Nothing is impossible. Being unstoppable means your goals challenge you to be someone more than you currently are. This not only allows you to be present in the moment, but it allows you the needed time to rest and recover. Your ability to work at a high level is like fitness. The choice is made when you decide to proactively create your day or just live in the day and accept whatever comes your way. It is a choice of desire and fire or a choice of complacency and just good enough.

Living an unstoppable life is a choice and you must make the choice to be unstoppable. Throughout my life and leadership I found eight keys to living an Unstoppable Life. To live an unstoppable life you need to live inspired and live for more than just yourself.

1. Don't think -- know and act.

When you live an unstoppable life you are an inspiration to others. On October 3, , General Joshua L. Chamberlain was talking about the reward of service before self, in the ability to live your life — far beyond your own life — through service to others as an inspiration. To live an unstoppable life you need to live greatly and not a life of mediocrity. Living greatly means you live a life that counts and live an abundant life. It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.

The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.
